Dear Friends,

We are resuming the organization and running of our spring program Restart – Detox and Balance. Once again we will be together in the relaxed and comfortable surroundings of the boutique hotel Cattleya – Krushuna waterfalls paradise.

What have we prepared for you?

• We will undergo a 7-day detox program with Madal Bal syrup: the program will repeatedly accelerate the cleansing processes in the body, weight will be reduced, the work of digestive, blood and nervous systems will be activated.
  
• We will move, breathe and increase mental clarity and vitality with individually selected treatments and Wellness Medical Chigong, Tai Chi and meditation practices that aim to raise the energy charge so that external pathogenic factors (stress, tension, cold, wind) are not allowed to compromise the process of recovery, detoxification and healing.
  
• We will detoxify, relax and balance with individually selected holistic treatments and therapies for energizing and prevention: Acupuncture; Chi Nei Tsang; Biomagnetism; Osteopathy; Authentic Massages; Tibetan Singing Bowls Therapy.
  
• We will replenish our mood, tone, positivity, energy and vitality with walks in the beautiful nature of the Krushuna waterfalls.

   * You will take Madal Bal syrop 5 or more times daily.

       * At your request there is a possibility for specially prepared vegeterian menu for lunch and dinner, which will replace two intakes of Madal Bal syrop.

     ! If a vegetarian menu is included, the price of the program will be updated.
