Wellness Medical Chigong practices (WMC):
An ancient system of exercises, methods and techniques that allows us to activate, maintain and expand our life force (chi) and self-contemplation – to achieve physical health, mental stability and emotional comfort.
By practicing the WMC, you will learn to:

WMC – a gift from Chinese civilization, following the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to influence and direct the Chi on our physical aspect. In this regard, WMC is an integral part of the treatments we apply, such as: Acupuncture, Moxatherapy, Cupping Therapy, Tai Chi and Wellness Medical Chigong exercises and practices. When we work on our body only “outside”, we help it to achieve higher levels, to feel more comfortable, vibrant, energetic and in harmony with itself. The practices presented here work to support this: learning to work on ourselves internally as well, to be centered, balanced and to release our thoughts and emotions.
